Known Issues & Fixes

- Sometimes when you upgrade the app it may take a while to load your membership status. If you are a premium member and the app is telling you to upgrade again, close the app, reopen it and sign in again to check if that fixes the issue.

If the issue continues, please use the website on your laptop or mobile browser instead, while we try to fix the problem.
