I can't use the site but I am a paying member

If you are having a problem with your membership we would advise that you take the following steps:


1. Update your browser - you can do this by to Google and typing 'upgrade browser' this will give you a selection of up to date browser to select from which should greatly enhance your experience of using the new site. We advise Google Crome or Firefox for the best user experience.

2. We would also suggest that you you log out, clear your cache, and log back in again
